Camp X Tours by FRC (“we”, “us”) operates campxfrc.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

When you buy a ticket, a product or a membership, create an account, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order details. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (WooPayments / Stripe and PayPal); we do not store full card numbers.
We also collect basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
We use your information to process orders and bookings, confirm tour dates, provide member benefits, respond to your questions, and — if you choose to subscribe — send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and fulfil orders (for example payment processors, shipping carriers, email and hosting providers), or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
