Clothing and merchandise
If you are not happy with your Camp X clothing, you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Sale items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
To start a return, email info@campxfrc.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Tour tickets
Tour tickets can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your confirmed tour time are refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. If we cancel a tour because of weather or safety, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
Memberships
Annual memberships can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no member discount or membership benefit has been used. After that, memberships remain active until the end of the paid year and are not refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
